I have severe acne scars and would like to know what is the best acne scar treatment to remove scars?
I heard about acne blue light therapy. Does it really work? I was advised to remove my scars using Laser resurfacing but it is too expensive for me.

There are many forms of acne treatments and they vary depending on the severity of your acne. The first stage of acne is called mild acne and it is characterized by about three dozen comedones or blackheads and scattered papules which are small pimples without the pus. You won’t be able to notice some of the symptoms unless you take a closer look. Acne treatments recommended by dermatologists for this acne stage include washing the affected areas twice a day with a mild cleanser and applying topical oil free, non-comedogenic, and non-acnegenic gels, solutions, creams, and lotions.
The second stage is the moderate acne and it is characterized by inflamed red lesions, numerous comedones or blackheads, as well as numerous pustules which are pimples filled with pus. Acne treatments recommended by dermatologists include prescription oral drugs such as minocyline, tetracyline, doxycyline, erythromycin, ibuprofen, and isotretinion. These acne treatments can also be partnered with application of topical medications and other anti-acne products.

I had acne for a long time and thankfully it already started to vanish little by little. However, my skin is light and I have horrible red and dark marks of acne. I would appreciate your help if you know a good cream or treatment for this, besides my skin is still oily. Thanks a lot

The Perils of Acne
Acne is a skin condition faced by teens and adults. It is predominantly caused by the clogging of oil glands and the resulting inflammation. For some, it is not just a matter of having pimples on the face but a potentially disfiguring condition. Acne often leaves scars on the face. Remember, your mom telling not to squeeze that annoyingly ripe-looking pimple sitting on your nose? She was right.

Is there anything I can use at home to zap away the red scars, pigmentation left by old acne? I’ve tried creams such as mederma, retin-a, mama lotion, acne mark fading peels and home microdermabrasion kits but nothing’s really helped.
I know there are devices such as the zeno for acne. Are there any similar light-therapy device for scars that are a milder form of laser treatment, that I can use at home?
Thank you!

i have oily skin and i have tried all those facial washes and medicated soaps and i can’t see any visible effect.
