If you struggle with embarrassing acne, you may be tempted to spend money on the hottest new product advertised on television or in your drugstore. Unfortunately, many of these products are overpriced, ineffective, or simply don’t work for your skin type. Instead of investing a fortune trying to heal your acne, consider using natural acne remedies. Many ingredients for natural acne remedies are available at your grocery store. In fact, you may already have them in the kitchen.
You may not know it, but toothpaste is an excellent treatment for acne. We’ve all had one of those pimples that popped up seemingly overnight. These blemishes can be especially embarrassing the morning before the big event, speech, or presentation. It’s possible, however, to treat sudden blemishes quickly and effectively using toothpaste. My insurance knocked me down to taking the generic of YAZ. I managed to get a coupon from my gyno so I was able to get YAZ cheap. Now I am wondering if it is safe to switch back mid-cycle.
Also, since being on Gianvi I have been really depressed. I’ve only been on it like a week or week and a half. Not sure if there is a connection…but online it says it is not approved for the treatment of acne or PMDD. I am only taking YAZ for my hormonal acne.

I use Dermatopix to wash my skin at night and I also use Ziana. Doctors say it’s good to use this stuff, but I feel like it’s unhealthy. It has helped my acne a little, but in its place I have dry, discolored skin. Is there a way I can simply drop the medications and use natural remedies? Or will it only make my skin worse?
Thanks so much for the help!

People are always on the search for a treatment of acne that will ensure control and decrease breakouts. For many people, controlling acne(http://www.mitamins.com/disease/Acne.html) is a constant process because most of the time, treatment is only a momentary reprieve from the symptoms. This is the reason that the most effective treatments of acne are ones that wipe out pimples as well as maintain optimal health for the body, so that the rate of future breakouts is low. Taking acne medication for one’s lifetime is rather excessive for most people, It is for this reason that a lot of people are looking for alternatives to antibiotics in the form of zinc supplements.
