Do not use this product…It is a faulty device and it might cause you second degree burns…this company is taking advantage of teenage women and is exploiting those fears…I work for Walgreens and I receive weekly complaints in regards to this device…scars are permanent since it burns deep into the skin
zeno hot spot. breaks too easily and randomly. if u accidently touch the ON button u waste treatments ‘bcause it is too sensitive to the most gentle touch. is made cheap and too expensive to keep buying after treatments are finished.

You should go to a dermatologist, but it may be post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It’s not a real “scar” (though it’s commonly called acne scars), and is instead your skin reacting to the inflammation caused by acne and producing too much skin coloration, causing dark spots. It will go away with time, but the best treatment is prevention of acne.
i wanna try this one oh yeah can i ask you something can zeno… can vanish my dark spot on my face i mean like when u get pimple after they gone they left u a dark spot.. i dont know how you call that but some people said its a Acne sorry don’t know to much about English stuff lol im not american im asian hope you reply soon ^_^ Thank You and nice video

I started getting acne by shaving when i was 13 when i didn’t even have any facial hair like a moron. i guess i just did it to be cool, and it irritated my skin. then it just spread
I got my first pimple when I was 8…
i noticed that your not using it on a pimple…will it some how damage you skin from all the heat??
Omg, you’re not suppose to put it directly on skin. For this thing is suppose to heat up your pimple to a 120 degrees F.

actually my acme was worse with products turns out acme is caused by dried skin all products will make it worse so aloe vera loshion from the dollar store cleared mine up after suffering for about eight years in about a week and it was really bad i mean really bad
