I’ve had acne since puberty and now I am 21 and it doesn’t seem to have any end in sight. I’ve never had it completely cleared up since puberty. It will get better, but never what I would call clear I’ve used all kinds of benzyl peroxide treatments, salicylic acid treatments and have even been prescribed clindagel. Any advice on what I might be dealing with and what to do? I’m thinking it might be hormonal, does anyone have any experience with hormonal treatment?

I have acne on my chest and my back. I’ve done everything to try and get rid of it! I’m using an acne body wash exfoliater, I use a powerful acne foam wash, I’ve been using on-spot treatment creams, facial deep cleaning pads, even taking prescribed acne medication! It wont go away!

I’ve heard tanning really helps get rid of it. Should I try going to a tanning salon? Although I’m a guy, I’m willing to, and I’m sure one time wouldn’t give me skin cancer.
