I Have a bad case of back acne and i want it gone because its really gross! and i have face acne that’s bad to. i get black heads and regular Zits don’t have a lot of money so please help me!

Until now I have had mild acne but nothing that left any permanent scars. About 3 months ago, I started having really bad breakouts on my forehead and it left a few scars.
